* 1 postpartum visit 1 hour long

Postpartum care package of

25 hrs of care which includes;

* 1 prenatal meeting to plan

your postpartum services

* E-mail and text support

throughout your pregnancy

* Light house cleaning; tidying the

home, dishes, laundry, meal prep ect.

* Newborn care; diapering, bathing, feeding,

comforting and soothing ect.

* Breastfeeding and bottle feeding support

* Maternal/Paternal self care check in

Extra hours can be purchased for

$40.00 an hour on top of package
